Stephen Carver is the Chairman of the Winwin group and is the true maverick of the Training World! He is a solutions – driven individual who draws from his vast experience, wisdom and incredible creativity, and applies it in his novel approach to Corporate Training.
Steve has successfully conducted numerous interventions with large corporations such as Anglo American; Daimler Chrysler , British American Tobacco, Grant Thornton Kessel Feinstein, Fisher Hofmann Sithole, NedCar, Accenture, and Unilever among others.
He is executive trustee of Outward Bound, the largest Inner City Youth Development and Teambuilding Organisation in the world. He is currently working down on the Garden Route to set up CIDA Eden and is fondly referred to as our resident “migrant labourer”, as he commutes between his home, an Eland Game Farm in the Eastern Cape and the Winwin group offices here in Gauteng .
Steve has two Honours Degrees, one in Education, the other in Drama and has over a decade of training experience to his credit. He is a board member of “Connectivity” which is owned by CIDA University and CIDA Trust, and he is board member of Mpowered, a BEE Consultancy firm based in East London .
