Nicholas Claude is a writer and communications consultant with expertise in the field of internal communications. For the last 12 years he has lived and worked in Stockholm, Sweden where he was employed by JG Communication, a large Nordic communications consultancy.

During his time at JG Communication Nicholas has worked for clients Ericsson, SEB (a large Swedish bank) and IKEA. His work at Ericsson has included writing and managing editorial content for the intranet as well as monthly management letters and newsletters, strategy and change communication planning, employee engagement, messaging and communicative leadership training for managers. He also produced videos and podcasts and worked with social media and collaboration tools.

He was responsible for setting up and running an editorial news team at SEB where he was managed the work of four reporters.
In a project for IKEA he wrote guidelines and processes for internal editorial content.

Before moving to Sweden in January 1998 Nicholas worked as an editor and writer for the Helen Suzman Foundation based at the University of Natal, Durban and prior to that he worked as a field worker for the National Peace Accord based in Port Shepstone.
