Caesar Molebatsi holds a Masters degree in Communications from Wheaton Graduate School , and he founded and chairs the Accountability Institute, which develops and implements social & ethical accountability frameworks in South African, across all the sectors.
Caesar Molebatsi is a long standing champion for social justice and empowerment in South Africa, and has worked in youth and economic development on many fronts, including being active in TEASA – The Evangelical Alliance of South Africa.
His media involvements included the Peace Radio programme, ‘The Full Story’, facilitating ‘Two Way ’, a popular television audience participation show, reflecting and encouraging the “pulse” of . He also facilitated the television series, ‘Search for Common Ground’, and a series on transformation issues.
Caesar is a corporate management consultant with Empowa and an international speaker and trainer. His expertise is training on the following issues:
- transformation and reconciliation
- human rights
- social and ethical accountability
- management of diversity
- conflict resolution and management
- organisational communication and empowerment
He has worked as an Ombudsman for Arivia.com and is currently consulting in design for urban agriculture, development of agri-village concepts and environmental solution and remediation work.
He is chairperson of the Triple Trust Organisation that does sub-sector analysis to unlock value chains such that markets work for the poor.
